This so far is one of my favorite shorts in the Heart of A Wolf Series and I certainly hope to come across Trina again to check in on how she is getting along. On her journey, in attempts to get away and start a new life for her and her son, she encounters different individuals and learns new life lessons maturing from a naive scared girl into a woman to be reckoned with. Once her cup is overflowing, she gets the gumption to spill the sugar and throw out the cream and take care of herself and her son. What can I say, I love Trina! She starts out somewhat of an idealist young and in love, but soon learns the hard lessons of betrayal and abuse. She must stand up and fight for her freedom or there will be no way of ESCAPING DOMINANCE.' Trina knows she has to stop relying on others to take care of her. Once again, she looks to someone else for help. Suddenly Dean shows up, she must decide, go back to the pack or continue running.
